On August 8th, 2024, the Indian Business Council participated in the welcome party for His Excellency, Ambassador of India, Shri Vinay Kumar. The event was organized by the Russian-Indian Friendship Society DISHA and took place at Dhaba restaurant in Moscow. The event showcased the ongoing efforts of the Indian community to foster a sense of unity and connection among its members. The focus of this particular gathering was primarily on exploring various cultural aspects. The event was attended by Russian representatives from various spheres, including artists, journalists, and athletes.
The Indian Business Council was represented by its President Mr.Akashdeep Singh, Gen.Secretary Mr.Ashok Jayaswal and other prominent members of the Core Committee: Mr.Shekhar Singh, Dr.Vijay Kumar and Mr. Anupam Mishra & other IBC members. IBC supported Disha in their efforts to promote the cultural ties between the nations.
