On February 2, 2024, Mr. Akashdeep Singh, the President of the Indian Business Council, held a meeting with Mr. Alexander Leonidovich Rybas, the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in India, Delhi. Two of his colleagues were also present at the meeting: Mr. Mikael Azrikovich Pirdzhanian, Deputy Trade Representative, and Mr. Evgeny Sergeevich Burman (Assistant to Mr, A. Rybas). The parties discussed the status of trade relations between Russia and India and potential collaboration across different sectors. They explored options for sharing information to enhance communication between Indian and Russian businesses. They agreed to develop a roadmap and utilize existing information to promote trade growth between Russia and India.
