A meeting of the captains of the textile, clothing, and light industry was conducted in Moscow’s café Anderson on September 12, 2024, as part of the Textile Club of the Russian Textile Association.
This event convened industry executives to engage in discussions regarding current issues, exchange experiences, and forge new business relationships.
Mr. Akashdeep Singh, the President of the Indian Business Council, who is also a member of the Board of Management of the Asia-Pacific Business Council of the RTA, and Mr. Nandan Verma (A grade), were in attendance at the meeting from the side of the Indian Business Council.
Mr. Akashdeep Singh spoke about the importance of the business associations for joining hands internationally to find the new solutions in the textile sector. Deputies of the State Duma, representatives of state authorities, prominent universities, and the largest players in the market were among the speakers. This year’s annual event, which was organized by the RTA, featured an extensive program.
The participants deliberated on potential avenues for industry growth and development, exchanged contacts for future collaboration, and explored potential partnerships between India, Turkey, and Russia to facilitate the textile industry’s continued expansion and advancement.
