IBC delegation in the conference "Development of regional cooperation within the framework of the BRICS+ countries association"

On 10th October, 2023, the IBC delegation took part in the conference “Development of regional cooperation within the framework of the BRICS+ countries association” organized by BRICS PLUS BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT FUND and the Academy of Foreign Trade of the Russian Federation.

The conference was attended by diplomatic representatives of the BRICS countries, public and regional organizations, businesses, and municipal authorities. Representatives of the BRICS countries, including Egypt, Argentina, and the UAE, who will officially join the association as full members starting from January 1, 2024, also participated and delivered speeches.

The issues of organizing the upcoming V BRICS+ International Municipal Forum, which will be held on November 9-10, 2023, at Expo forum, St. Petersburg, were discussed. The participants got acquainted with the possibilities of cooperation in order to deepen relations between the BRICS countries at various levels, strengthen ties, and expand the geography of business.
