On 18th October 2024, a meeting of the IBC members was held in the Delhi6 restaurant in Moscow. The event was mainly focused on finding the solutions to develop the organization and devote the meeting to the issues which the members are facing. The event came as the good platform for each member to share their views and ideas. Here are the main points brought by the members, which could help the development of the IBC:
1)The main priority should be the issues of the members, the solutions should be found collectively, in order to this not only the information should be shared but it should be used, in accordance to this there should be incorporated the following developments:
- The website of the IBC should have the stricted access portal for the members to find the useful information and be able to address the Executive Committee of the organization.
- The important information should be shared by the members who have it so that they contribute as an IBC member (E.x. the possible exchange of the upcoming delegation details with all their requirements).
2)The weightage of the organization should be increased in order to that the strategy should be created. Also, the mission statement and the core values should be discussed and updated to be presented to the members and put on the site to increase their confidence in the organization. The aim is to create such a strategy so that the IBC could find the way to make communication with all the businesses who are coming to Russia and find the ways to become the organization who can lead them in the Russian market. For that, the segments of the businesses as well should be created. Esteemed member offered to build strategy for the organization and also help build timelines and milestones for each goal that is set to achieve the best results.
3)The IBC will continue its work on communication with the regions and will start making business trips to the Russian regions from the first week of December and will give all the detailed information to the members who want to take part in the trips accordingly.
4)The upcoming events should include IBC as an organization who is presented by its members. The closest upcoming event is the India-Russia summit which will take place on 11th November in Mumbai, India. It should be also assured that IBC contact all the exhibitions and try to find the best solutions for the members to take part in them.
