On 11 May 2023, Mr. Akashdeep Singh, President of the Indian Business Council, met with Mr. Timur Vekilov, head of the Russian Export Center’s foreign representative office in India Mumbai.
The topic of conversation was the present status of Russian-Indian business relations.
The parties discussed the potential for the Russian Export Center and the Indian Business Council to increase India and Russia’s trade volume.
The Russian Export Center expressed interest in collaborating with the Indian Business Council in order to exchange information regarding impending events and potential trade opportunities between India and Russia.
The parties agreed to maintain contact and hold additional meetings in Moscow to continue discussing cooperation.
